Store Incharge Piping

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities• Manage site store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and return of materials.• Verify materials received at site as per Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, and Invoice.• Prepare and maintain GRN, MRN, SRN, and issue slips.• Ensure proper stacking, identification, and preservation of materials at site.• Maintain accurate stock records (physical and system-wise).• Coordinate with Project, Purchase, and Accounts teams for material planning and reconciliation.• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise material requisitions as per project schedule.• Handle surplus, scrap, and rejected materials as per company policy.• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site store procedures.• Maintain documentation related to inward, outward, and inventory reports.• Support project execution by ensuring uninterrupted material availability.• Monthly Reconciliation & Material________________________________________Educational Qualification• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Production)n or BA/B.com/B.sc/with experience• Certification or training in Store Management / Inventory Control will be an added advantage________________________________________Experience Required• 3–6 years of experience in site store management• Experience in manufacturing and project-based companies preferred• Exposure to industrial projects, fabrication, erection, or construction sites is desirable________________________________________Skills & Competencies• Strong knowledge of store and inventory management• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / other ERP)• Good command of MS Excel and basic computer operations• Understanding of engineering materials and drawings (basic)• Coordination and communication skills• Ability to work independently at site• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy________________________________________Working Conditions• Site-based role with exposure to manufacturing/project environments• May require extended working hours depending on project requirements
