Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Kadi. The Store Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage inventory, ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain stock levels to support seamless business operations. Responsibilities include supervising inventory movement, ensuring compliance with safety and retail loss prevention protocols, monitoring store activities, and leading efforts to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. The Store Incharge will also engage in effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Background in inventory management is a plus
Previous experience in the store operations or related field
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
