Job Title: IT Executive Department: Information Technology Reporting to: IT Manager Location: Ahmedabad / Hybrid /Remote Job Summary: The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This role ensures smooth IT operations, data security, and timely support to all employees while assisting in implementing new technologies and digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Manage local servers, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points. Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and system uptime. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, AMC, and warranty claims. 2. User Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware/software issues. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. Manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions. Maintain helpdesk logs and ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets. 3. Data Security & Backup Ensure antivirus and endpoint protection across all devices. Perform regular data backups and maintain secure storage. Support implementation of cybersecurity policies and best practices. Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with IT security guidelines. 4. Software & Licensing Management Keep track of all software licenses, renewals, and compliance. Coordinate installation and updates for authorized software applications. 5.
