Job Descriptions:-
1. Receiving the material, posting receipts in material group, check received material from ordered material and bill.
2. Store the material safely in proper space.
3. Issuing material to contractor after signed issue slip.
4. Maintain stock register and excel as well.
5. Regular checking of available stock of material before order posted by site engineer.
6. Inform site engineer for regular material requirement.
7. Check and return unused items and take credit note.
8. Do sign the indent for newly placed order to ensure not ordering extra or twice.
9. Keep records of all material ordered, received, issued and available.
10. Regularly provide reports on stock.
11. Keeping the storage area clean, rat free and safe.
12. Regularly round the site to check no material lying anywhere and labour is not wasting the material.
13. Follow up with vendor for material delivery to whom material is ordered.
14. Ensure CCTV are working fine.
15. Posting work in progress pictures and videos on drive.
16. Ensure sweepers are doing proper site cleaning.
17. Help site engineer whenever he needs.
18. And all other site related work with site & office team.
Qualification:
Education: GraduateExperience: 1-3 years
