Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipt (inward) and issue (outward) • Maintain accurate material inventory records and track daily consumption • Prepare and update stock summaries and reports with correct attributes • Handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN), material codes, WBS, and plant code formalities • Execute material transfer postings and ensure compliance with company procedures • Apply FIFO & LIFO methods for stock movement • Oversee proper material handling and storage practices • Conduct monthly stock verification, inventory audits, and reconciliation • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow Requirements • Education: Any Graduate / Diploma / B.Com (preferably with technical background or relevant experience) • Experience: 1–3 years, preferably in the manufacturing industry • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and ERP processes (GRN, material posting, etc.) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and responsibility • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
