Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials (foam, fabric, springs, chemicals, packing material) Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / stock registers Ensure timely material issue to production as per FIFO / batch norms Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase and production teams Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation Manage finished goods storage and coordinate with dispatch team Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage conditions for mattressesPrevent material damage, pilferage, and obsolescence Maintain inward, outward, and gate pass documentation Supervise store staff, loaders, and helpers Support audits and management reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Any graduate

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of foam grades, fabric types, spring units, and mattress accessories
Experience handling high-volume SKUs
