Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound activities, inventory accuracy, dispatch execution, compliance coordination, and effective collaboration with internal teams, logistics partners, and banks.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

Coordinate with Team Leads at Baner, Chakan, Pimpri & DSV warehouses.

Oversee daily tasks, transportation arrangements, forklift operations, and material movement.

Monitor import shipment unloading and ensure accurate system transactions (GRN/MIRO/IR).

Coordinate with Lab Projects Team to resolve material-related queries.

Dispatch Management

Manage end-to-end domestic and export dispatches for R&D.

Arrange transportation/courier support and ensure compliance for export shipments.

Inventory & Space Control

Monitor and record R&D inventory across locations.

Conduct quarterly W2W counts with Finance and manage DSV space allocation.

Track ageing/non-moving stock and coordinate elimination with project teams.

CITI Bank Coordination

Maintain Bank GR records and ensure closures within 180 days.

Coordinate with Chakan Logistics and CITI Bank for issue resolution and new GR issuance.

Scrap Management

Identify ageing scrap, coordinate approvals, engage vendors, arrange disposal, and record transactions in SAP.

SAP Transactions

Perform MIGO, export invoices, PIC commercial invoices, scrap invoices, customer code creation, and Route66 creation.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain daily MIS for warehouse activities including GRN status, outward details, Bank GR status, DSV inventory, monthly MBR, and scrap data.

Skills - SAP knowledge , Store management experience, export shipment processing knowledge , excel expertise
