Job Description

STORE EXECUTIVE JD

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve defined sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and clients.
Implement and follow effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Manage inventory efficiently to ensure product availability and minimize shortages.
Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals to meet company goals.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Actively promote products to increase visibility and market reach.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in sales or relevant field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred.

· Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
