Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily records of customer visits and interactions.
  • Record and manage daily sales data accurately.
  • Report daily sales and payment updates to the management.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for promotion and coordination.
  • Draft promotional content for Mirchi and Haldi-related marketing.
  • Send daily promotional or follow-up messages to customers.
  • Prepare and issue cash bills and GST-compliant invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer payment status regularly.
  • Follow up with customers on pending payments.
  • Manage and track Hyderabad stock inventory.
  • Maintain records and accounts of travel expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems, including GST invoicing.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, basic record keeping.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or spices sector (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel locally when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
