Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and track relevant tenders on various portals and publications

· Prepare tender documentation including technical, financial, and administrative sections

· Coordinate with departments for necessary inputs and approvals

· Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with all tender requirements

· Maintain documentation and records of all submitted tenders

· Communicate with clients, vendors, and authorities regarding tender status and clarifications

Required Skills:

· Good knowledge of e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, state portals)

· Strong documentation and MS Office skills

· Attention to detail and time management

· Ability to understand and interpret tender terms & conditions

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

· Previous experience in tendering or contract documentation

· Familiarity with government bidding procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
