Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of spa products (oils, creams, scrubs, cosmetics, towels, disposables, etc.).
• Conduct regular stock counts, physical verification, and reconciliation with system records.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Raise purchase requests and coordinate with approved vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and check quality upon receipt.
• Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships in coordination with management.

3. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organized storage of products.
• Implement proper labeling and categorization of all stock items.
• Ensure safe storage of sensitive items like essential oils, skincare products, and electronic spa equipment.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management.
• Maintain inward & outward material registers.
• Track product usage and highlight unusual consumption patterns.

5. Support Spa Operations

• Coordinate with therapists and front desk team for timely issue of products and materials.
• Ensure no stockouts of critical spa consumables.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in stores/inventory management (preferably in spa, hospitality, or wellness industry).
• Knowledge of inventory software (ERP, Tally, or POS systems).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping ability.
