Job Description

**Role Name:** Store Executive

** Summary:**

As a Store Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing inventory and stock processes. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the integrity of our inventory system, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and materials are efficiently distributed to meet production demands. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inventory Management:**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.

2. **Order Processing:**

- Oversee the processing of purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of materials.

- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and resolve any issues.

3. **Stock Control:**

- Implement effective stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage.

- Ensure proper labeling and organization of materials within the storage area.

4. **Material Receipt and Distribution:**

- Coordinate the receipt of incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders.

- Manage the distribution of materials to various departments as per production schedules.

5. **System Management:**

- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

6. **Compliance and Safety:**

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in the storage area.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

- **Skills:**

- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).

- Strong understanding of stock control, order processing, and storage practices.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
