QMS Compliance Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QMS Compliance Officer located in Jalandhar. The QMS Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality management system (QMS) standards, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement processes. The role involves monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, training staff on QMS procedures, and preparing reports for management review. The QMS Compliance Officer will also collaborate with R&D and production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance
• Skills in conducting audits, preparing reports, and implementing continuous improvement processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with R&D and production teams
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
