Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architect based in Delhi, India. The Design Architect will be responsible For creating 2D & 3D stone artworks, managing design projects, producing construction drawings, coordinating with clients and closing with deals. They will have to work closely with clients to understand their vision and create conceptual presentations, drawings and 3D renders. Collaboration with production team to ensure technical precision and design feasibility. Qualifications Design Management and Construction Drawings skills Excellent Communication skills Know how of AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArtCAM and related softwares Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Delhi, India A keen eye for detail, design aesthetics and spatial creativity. Understanding the project's architectural context and recommend customized solutions to clients. Collaborating with architects and our in-house design teams to deliver the outcome. Managing daily store operations, handling sales transactions, and coordination among different team verticals. Coordinating with production team in timely delivery of the material and ensuring smooth installation. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store meets its sales targets. Qualifications Background in Interior design/architecture with a passion for luxury spaces. Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Retail and Sales Strong aesthetic sensibility and presentation skils. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the marble/ Home decor/Furniture/construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
