We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software applications.
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
