Store Executive – Key Result Areas (KRA)1. Stock Inward Management

• Receive daily incoming stock including chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
• Verify quantity, quality, batch number, and expiry date at the time of receipt.
• Ensure proper entry of inward stock in the system/register (GRN).
• Immediately report damaged, expired, or short-received materials.

2. Stock Outward Management

• Issue stock on a daily basis to technicians/sites/departments only against proper approval.
• Maintain accurate outward stock records in the system/register on the same day.
• Ensure no material is issued without authorized issue slips.

3. Daily Stock Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain a daily stock in-out report.
• Calculate and record daily closing stock.
• Share daily/weekly stock reports with Management/Accounts as required.
• Ensure physical stock matches system stock.

4. Inventory Control

• Maintain minimum stock levels and raise requisitions in advance to avoid shortages.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out), especially for chemicals with expiry dates.

5. Store Maintenance & Safety

• Keep the store clean, organized, and properly labelled.
• Store chemicals and materials as per safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Follow MSDS and safety compliance norms at all times.

6. Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with Operations, Technicians, and Accounts for stock planning and reporting.
• Prepare monthly stock summaries and variance reports.
• Support audits and management verification by providing required stock records.

7. Accountability & Compliance

• Responsible for preventing stock loss, damage, or misuse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
• Maintain complete transparency and accuracy in stock handling.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
