Job Overview:
The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operations of the branch, ensuring efficient management of sales, marketing, and operational activities for pest control products (chemicals, bird nets) and services. The ideal candidate will lead the branch’s efforts in driving revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence while managing a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote pest control products, bird nets and services and AMC’s.
Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
Lead local marketing efforts, including promotions, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
2. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including installation of bird nets, pest control service execution, and chemical sales.
Ensure that customer complaints and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
Manage inventory levels of chemicals and equipment, ensuring the branch is well stocked and operational.
Maintain operational excellence by implementing best practices and adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of services and product delivery.
3. Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including sales executives, service technicians, and administrative staff.
Set performance goals for the team and ensure regular feedback and development sessions are conducted.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
4. Financial Management:
Prepare and monitor the branch’s budget, ensuring profitability targets are met.
Analyse sales and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Control operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising service quality.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong post sales service and support.
Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring quick resolution and service recovery.
Conduct regular customer feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
6. Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety protocols in pest control services.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting in line with company and industry standards.
Implement safety protocols for chemical handling, bird net installations, and other operational tasks.
