Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders
Prepare and serve chai, beverages, and snacks
Maintain cleanliness of store and kitchen
Assist with stock monitoring
Ensure excellent customer service
Follow health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum high school education
Retail/hospitality experience preferred (not mandatory)
Basic English & Hindi communication required
Willing to work rotational shifts and flexible week-offs
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
