• Work Experience

5+ years of experience in Enterprise Storage Administration

• Minimum Educational Qualification\

B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Sc (IT / CS) / BCA / B.Sc (IT /CS / CA) from a recognized University with a minimum score of 50%

• TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Probation 1 year (IBA Package)

Admin is responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance for storage systems. This role involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring the availability and reliability of storage infrastructure. The Admin will work closely with infra teams, as well as other application and IT teams, to resolve complex storage-related issues and implement storage solutions.

• CORE COMPETENCIES

• Provide L2 support for Hitachi storage systems, including VSP (Virtual Storage Platform), HUS, HNAS, and other Hitachi storage products.
• Hitachi Content Platform Administration and knowledge about object storage.
• Configure and maintain storage arrays, including provisioning, zoning, and LUN masking
• Implement and manage replication technologies such as Hitachi TrueCopy, Universal Replicator, and Shadow Image and FCIP router administration.
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI protocols.
• Provide L2 support for NetApp storage systems, including FAS series, AFF series, and Cloud Volumes ONTAP.
• Good hands on experience with replication technologies of Netapp.
• Hands-on experience with ONTAP CLI, System Manager, and Active IQ
• Have good exposure to IBM, HPE and Dell enterprise storages.

• SAN Switch administration: - Zoning and good hands on experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.

• NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and virtualization platforms (VMware and HCI platforms).
• Knowledge of networking.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms
• Experience with IT service management frameworks
• Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Commvault, NetBackup).
