• Interact with RSMs/ASMs to develop the Volume, Prices, SG&A, Product Level Budget volumes for Financial Year, State Unit Level | By Company
• District Level | By Talent
• Brand Product Level, Price Proposal
• Incentive Proposal, SP Level
• Price Differentials, Final Budget Docket for Zone

Forecast/Estimates

• Develop First Level Volume Estimate [Demand] for the month for RP inputs to be made by Central Team

- Monthly Rolling Plan

- Customer Target fixation

- Weekly Rolling Plan

• Circulate Variable Cost to Team received from Central Team for calculation of projected contribution for the month

Reports & MIS

• Reporting of the performance of the company in terms of Sales, Outstanding, Overdue, Collection Pending Order, Dispatch, SP Performance and Customer wise performance
• Analytical reports for supporting management decision making.
• District and Player wise arrival Monitoring - Monthly
• Sales Team KRA/KPI Monitoring in Monthly Basis
• Monthly Review Presentation
• NCR monitoring and Contribution Monitoring
• Qlik View report monitoring | Coordination
• Inputs for ConCall presentation
• Business Analysis/Projects as required from time to time by ZSM and RSM

Data Repository

• Provide contribution to Team
• Historical Data required from time to time

Customer Data Management

• Existing Customer's properly Employee Mapping
• Coordination for codes with MDM
• Proper District, Rate Code, T-zones and Others Mapping

Cross Functional Coordination and Documentation

ATR Closures & Audit

Coordination with External Agencies
