Greetings of the day !!
We are hiring State Head for Tamil Nadu.
1. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for the product mix.
2. Responsible for sales of Waaree products and revenue generation in the region as per the plan.
3. To develop franchising opportunities and offer continuous support to the franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as franchisee.
4. Assessing the potential market / lead and acquisition of new franchisees in the regions. Screen potential franchise by analyzing investment requirements, franchisees potential, financials, experience and vision.
5. Prepare and execute the budgeting and marketing strategy to attract new franchisees.
6. To improve the market share of SBU products in the territory.
7. Develop new sales strategies and ensure implementation of the same by the franchisee partners.
8. Encourage franchisee partners for tenders in the region. Identify the integrators, timely communications on the subsidies.
9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, thereby encouraging franchise retention.
10. Assess customer satisfaction by conducting survey and address concerns, if any.
11. Ensure appropriate projection of product stock to help on time delivery of the products to the customer.
12. Responsible for introducing / streamlining the processes to optimize the business functioning in the region.
13. Ensure start of the franchise store within stipulated time.
14. Possess excellent knowledge about the geography and industry.
15. Manage, guide and training the team to enhance their performance.
