Role & responsibilities

Lighting Sales & Operations Executive

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have
1 to 3 years of experience
in the
lighting or electrical retail industry
, with a strong understanding of lighting products such as chandeliers, ceiling lights, wall lights, LED strips, and downlights.
Must be
comfortable interacting with customers
in a showroom environment and explaining product features, pricing, and applications confidently.
Should possess
basic computer knowledge
especially
Microsoft Excel
, data entry, quotation preparation, and email communication.
A
smart, presentable, and detail-oriented
individual who can manage showroom operations efficiently.
Should be
organized and disciplined
in maintaining records, coordinating with warehouse teams, and following up with clients.
Good communication skills
in
English and Kannada/Hindi
are essential.
Should have a
customer-first attitude
and be willing to learn about new lighting trends and technologies.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in a
lighting showroom, electrical store, or interior-related retail setup
