Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end leasing for retail assets including malls, high-street retail, and mixed-use developments
Achieve leasing targets in line with business plans and budgets
Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with national and regional retailers, F&B brands, anchors, and entertainment players
Structure commercial terms including rent, revenue share, CAM, fit-out timelines, and lock-in clauses
Develop and execute an optimal tenant mix strategy aligned with catchment and positioning
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
Advise management on zoning, brand adjacencies, and anchor placements
Support re-leasing, churn management, and asset repositioning initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, consultants, and IPCs
Work closely with Design, Projects, Mall Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams
Ensure timely execution of LOIs, lease deeds, and handover processes
Coordinate store openings and resolve pre-opening issues
Prepare leasing MIS, pipeline reports, and forecasting

Education -

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent (preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

Strong exposure to malls / high-street retail / mixed-use projects
Proven track record of closing national & regional retail brands
Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
Deep understanding of retail formats and consumer behavior
Market intelligence and relationship-driven approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and leasing MIS
