Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 11 to 14 years of experience to lead our sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. This position is based in Ludhiana.
Roles and Responsibility

Drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for the state.

Achieve incremental growth in book size and maintain the health of the book.

Source tie-ups with relevant industry agents and build alternate sourcing channels.

Guide the team in achieving business goals and objectives.

Manage and enhance team productivity.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales process.

Train and provide technical expertise to field sales staff on various products.

Cross-sell products and maintain zero NPA.

Share market intelligence and suggestions with senior management.

Job

Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 11 years of experience in sales and management.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience in commercial vehicle finance and sales.
