About the Role:

Project Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee political and NGO projects at the state/district level.
• Develop project strategies, action plans, and timelines in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage large, cross-functional teams including field staff, MIS coordinators, and volunteers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, government authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns, community programs, and advocacy initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of reports and outcomes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Sciences, Political Science, or related fields.
• 6–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in NGO, political consulting, or social development sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience handling large teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare insights, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
