We are looking for a dedicated and experienced State Head HORECA to join Rasna Private Limited in Kolkata. As the State Head HORECA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Food and Beverage department's operations in the state. Your contributions will be vital in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in the HORECA segment.

You will be responsible for leading and executing various projects related to the HORECA industry, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and catering services. Your strategic decisions and leadership skills will directly impact the company's market presence and revenue generation in the region. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA segment.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in the HORECA sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
