We are looking for a dedicated and experienced State Head HORECA to join Rasna Private Limited in Kolkata As the State Head HORECA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Food and Beverage department's operations in the state Your contributions will be vital in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in the HORECA segment You will be responsible for leading and executing various projects related to the HORECA industry, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and catering services Your strategic decisions and leadership skills will directly impact the company's market presence and revenue generation in the region Join us at Rasna Private Limited and be a key player in shaping the future of the HORECA sector Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA segment Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotional strategies Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market analysis to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operations Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services Requirements Prior experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverage industry, preferably in the HORECA segment Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in the HORECA sector Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
