Description

We are looking for a Vice President of HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) to join Rasna Private Limited, a leading company in the Food and Beverages industry in India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HORECA department's operations and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your contributions will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue streams in the hospitality sector.

As the Vice President of HORECA, you will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that enhance customer relationships, optimize service delivery, and achieve sales targets. You will be involved in high-impact projects focused on market expansion, product positioning, and competitive analysis to ensure Rasna remains a top choice for HORECA clients across India.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the HORECA sector.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HORECA initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee the pricing strategy and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance and market insights to senior management.
