The Role

This role provides support to the consultants and contractors within the Brennan Digital Staffing Solutions business. It will involve contractor coordination, managing contracts and vendors, preparing reports such as forecasting and planning of new opportunities to support the maintenance and growth of the Brennan Staffing Solutions business., and handling daily operational tasks. This role will also be responsible for onboarding of new staff members. The role could involve in the future day to day management and engagement of contractors.

Role Responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Delivery of accurate and on time reporting which includes the following:
    • number of contractors,
    • gross profit
    • forecasted opportunities and targets
    • contract extensions
    • vendor resourcing
    • missing time
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested

Contractor Management

  • Effectively manage the new contractor onboarding process
  • Effectively manage contractors including formal monthly 1:1s for long term (6 months+ contractors) and fortnightly check ins for shorter term engagements (could involve in the future)
  • Ensure all contractor reporting and data files are kept up to date and accurate in a timely manner

Vendor Management

  • Maintain current Vendor / Partner relationships including payroll company, recruitment agencies and project services business.
  • Liaise with vendors around contract extensions and salary negotiations
  • Work with vendors to give forecast of needs to ensure fast turn-around time

Operations

  • Work with other parts of the Brennan business, such as Finance to resolve any issues with invoicing or timesheets, as part of the finance reconciliation process
  • Support the Staffing Solutions team throughout the Staff Augmentation Lifecyle as well as ensuring that all processes, procedures and documentation is completed and compliant
  • Contribute to the Staffing Solutions Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Own the Staffing Solutions Team Planner, ensuring updates are completed and follow up is carried out
  • Responsible for the Staffing Solutions associated marketing collateral and templates

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visio and Project desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and understand the importance of deadlines
  • Comfortable liaising with external parties, customers, and vendors, and ensuring Brennan is always represented at the highest level
  • Excellent people skills
  • Prior experience working with contractors is preferred
