Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Onboarding Professional to join our team at IBM India Pvt. Limited, located in [location to be specified]. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support for the onboarding process.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the onboarding process.
Provide training and guidance to new employees on company policies and procedures.
