Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staffing Recruiter, located in Kharar. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. Key tasks include managing recruiting activities, engaging with candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating temporary placements, and collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements. The role demands excellent communication and organizational skills to create a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Staffing Services, Hiring, and Temporary Placement
• Proficiency in Recruiting and applicant management
• Strong Communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the media or creative industry is an advantage
