Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Staffing Recruiter position located in Rudrapur. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates for various positions. The role involves facilitating temporary placements, collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates. The recruiter will maintain strong communication with stakeholders and contribute to the effective implementation of staffing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Staffing Services, Hiring, and Temporary Placement
• Proficiency in Recruiting strategies and processes
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and platforms is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing roles is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
