Job Description

As a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse with experience in Maternity Care, you will be joining the team at Borneo Mother and Childcare in Nashik. Your commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients, particularly in maternity and childbirth services, is crucial to our mission. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing nursing care to maternity patients following established hospital procedures and protocols. - Monitoring the condition of mothers and infants throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period to ensure their safety and well-being. - Administering medications, assisting with pain management, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. - Educating patients on prenatal and postnatal care, breastfeeding techniques, and newborn care. - Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with documentation standards. - Collaborating with obstetricians, gynecologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Involvement in patient rounds, care planning, and response to emergencies. - Adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and an active nursing license issued by the Maharashtra Nursing Board. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in maternity care, preferably in a hospital setting. - Strong clinical skills, knowledge of maternal and newborn health practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. - Capability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.,
