About The Job

The role of Technical Lead is to direct the team to complete the Project on time with quality, responsible for technical solution and, design, POCs, and exploring feasibility of new technologies. This role involves planning, scheduling, assigning tasks, and mentoring the team. Also assumes the responsibility of leading multiple teams when there is a requirement. 

What You Will Do

  • Involve requirement analysis and contribute for technical solutioning. 
  • Take up the ownership of Module/ Solution and act as single point of contact to counterpart. 
  • Directs team members towards design, development and integration. 
  • Suggests alternate technical solutions to meet requirements with greater performance and reusability. 
  • Breakdown the work, identify the dependencies and estimate the effort. 
  • Report the risk to Manager and adhere to escalation mechanism. 
  • Work product review, reporting the finding and identify the improvement plan. 
  • Ensures that the technical solutions/ designs/ project artifacts are documented/ updated. 
  • Consistently delivers high-quality service to client. 
  • Identifies and utilizes reusable code and encourages team members to contribute to the code library. 
  • Implement architectural solutions by application of appropriate technologies and framework. 
  • Ability to prepare Technical Design documentation. 
  • Identify resources, mentor them to scale up to next level. 
  • Ensures self and team's adherence to the QMS processes. 

Who You Are

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 - 14 years of relevant work experience.

Technical Skills:

  •  Must be a Tech Lead candidate who has played the role in the past/current projects with strong expertise on below tech stack.
  • Java spring.
  • JSP, jQuery.
  • Angular (need not be an expert but intermediate proficiency is fine).
  • Oracle DB.

Preferred Skills:

Expert level understanding of the working platform, example Healthcare, Rules engine and so on.
  • Good working knowledge on Continuous integration tools.
  • Experience in Handling a team is preferred.
  • Solutioning experience medium/large scale application.

Soft Skills

  • English Language proficiency is required to effectively communicate in a professional environment.  
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.          
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table. 
  • Should demonstrate confidence and self-assurance in their skills and expertise enabling them to contribute to team success and engage with colleagues and clients in a positive, assured manner. 
  • Should be accountable and responsible for deliverables and outcomes.  
  • Should demonstrate ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality results. 
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by working effectively with cross-functional teams, sharing insights, and contributing to shared goals and solutions. 
  • Continuously explore emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
