SUMMARY Roles and Responsibilities Handling Sales & Market Development achieving primary budget through front line sales personnel. Achieving Key Contractor Budget for the year through proper contractor engagement program. Adding Distributors who are suppliers to OEMs/Factories through successful product trials & offering proper rates & service to the Distributor. Interacting with IDs & their contractors & converting them through proper briefing of product range on offer, successful onsite trials of the products, offering proper price & service. Analyzing market trends & competition activities @ product level & provide suitable feedback & our strategy to counter it. Tracking competition activities and local market trend. Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes. Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot. Requirements Should have experience of hard core sales through channel network minimum 1 years sales experience in Retail sales or Channel sales or Distributor sales or any sales experience from Building material or Paint industry Age max 35 Only male Candidate should have Panvel market experience Distributors, retailers handling. Must be capable of communicating in the local language.
