The Engineer in the Quality department, designated as SSH-QC-SAWH, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in pipe manufacturing. This position requires a deep technical understanding of API and ISO standards, specifically tailored to the pipe industry. The engineer will lead with vision, focusing on customer satisfaction and resource management to drive quality improvements. A commitment to Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) is essential, as is the ability to solve complex problems and encourage interdependencies within the team. The role demands a functional expertise in operations and QA/QC, with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking and process orientation. The engineer will be instrumental in fostering organizational commitment and ensuring the seamless implementation of quality management systems.
