M.R Key Roles: Act as point of contact for the organization with external bodies related to ISO & AS standards Develop, implement, and manage the organizations ISO Quality Management System Organize and conduct internal ISO audits to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System Coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure ISO standards are followed Provide training and guidance to staff regarding ISO standards, requirements, and changes Lead the resolution process of any non-compliance issues identified from audits Ensure that all regulatory ISO documents are well maintained and up to date Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance Actively participate in external ISO audits and inspections Prepare and present ISO reports and performance data to management Coordinate and facilitate MRM meetings between management and staff Good leadership, Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Quality Key Roles: Monitor and improve in-process quality at forging presses, CNC machining, and finishing lines Define and enforce control plans, SOPs, and inspection protocols Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Interface with OEM and export customers for audits, approvals, and complaint resolution Manage supplier quality audits, evaluations, and development programs Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and zero-defect delivery Ensure readiness for regulatory and third-party inspections Maintain audit trails, documentation, and traceability Knowledge/Perform NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), dye penetrant testing (PT), and radiographic testing (RT) on forged and machined components and identify defects, cracks or other irregularities in the materials. Inspect, test, and sample materials, parts, or products for defects and deviations from specifications Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications Monitor daily Quality department functions of incoming inspections, first article inspections, in process inspections and final inspections. Analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve product durability and performance Record inspection data for quantities inspected and maintain detailed records of Quality issues, inspection results and corrective actions taken. Good knowledge on measuring instruments Scheduling and implementation of calibration schedules for all measuring equipments, Testing equipments and masters Monitoring of product validation of all test facilities Preparation of QAPs , Verification of drawings and attending Customers/third-party inspections CMM Knowledge for measuring product dimensions and tolerances Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards Provide technical training to staff as and when necessary Effective communication and team work abilities Minimum 5 plus years of proven experience as Quality Head & M.
