Job Title

SSH -Business Development Managers- E-Commerce-Domestic BusinessAs a General Manager for Business Development in E-Commerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our domestic business. You will be tasked with developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and customers.

Principal Accountabilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and profitability within the domestic business.Identify new market opportunities and lead the team to achieve the company's business goals.Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.Oversee the performance of the business, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.Use analytics and other data-driven tools to monitor performance and make improvements.Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.Manage budget and sales forecast.Ensure all business activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.Provide expert guidance to all team members, fostering a positive environment that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance.Communicate effectively with different departments within the company, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of the business strategies and make necessary adjustments or changes.Stay updated with latest trends in the e-commerce industry and ensure the company is in par with the industry standards.This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for entrepreneurship and a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry.
