Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1) Excellent Leadership Qualities 2) Candidate shall be responsible For Entire functioning of Accounts and Finance Dept 3) She shall be reporting to MD 4) Capable of handling a team of more than 20 employees 5) Excellent Coordination with all the departments in the company 6) Shall be proficient in Import documentation and Foreign Remittances, 7) Checking MIS reports 8) Analyzing Annual Reports of the Company 9) Shall be responsible for all invoices generated by the billing department 10) Ensure Compliance and accuracy in accounting/accounting procedures 11) Reviewing and checking all works and tasks handled by Accounts and Finance Dept Employees 12) Reviewing all Bank Reconciliations 13) Maintaining confidentiality and secrecy of the department at all levels 14) Analyzing of company revenues, Profit & Loss A/cs, Trial Balance and Balance Sheets 15) Good knowledge of GSTR 16) Coordination with CA 17) Conducting internal departmental Audits 18) Checking of all expenses 19) Cross checking / reviewing of TDS/TCS return filed with CA Firm 20) Complete Knowledge of E-Way bill against purchase by calculating, costing and matching the same with packing list and bill of entry for movement of material from Port to Godown. Preferred candidate profile : 1) Graduate/ Post Graduate/CA/ICWA/CPA with 10-15 years of Experience 2) Experience Shall be 10-15 years in Accounts and Finance Dept 3) Candidate Should be self-starter, proactive well conversant with functioning of Accounts and Finance Dept 4) Good Computer Knowledge Like MS Office Excel, Word Etc., Outlook, Tally Prime-3.0 5) Excellent Practical Knowledge in Accounts and Finance Department 6) Problem Solving ability Perks and benefits Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry Type: Metals & Mining Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Finance
