Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur Jhotwara for a Senior HR Executive. The Senior HR Executive will handle HR operations, implement and update HR policies, manage employee relations, and oversee various aspects of human resources. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive work environment, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Proficiency in implementing and updating HR Policies and managing Human Resources effectively.
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering positive organizational culture.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in India is highly desirable.
