We seek a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) specialist to join our application team as a critical member focused on Application Operational Support. This role encompasses comprehensive monitoring responsibilities, including the implementation of alerts and dashboards utilizing various SRE tools. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Applying their expertise to develop unique solutions for complex problems, improving customer experience. Their responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to monitor applications using SRE tools and resolve issues. Developing alerts and dashboards for proactive monitoring. Creating an SRE gating process to identify anomalies in test environments, ensuring reliability and preventing issues in later stages. Monitoring activation and order fallouts, working with stakeholders to resolve errors, and identifying root causes to improve success rates. Tracking system outages impacting applications, identifying opportunities, and developing comprehensive proactive alerting mechanisms. Building automation and tools to support the team's operations. You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Splunk, NewRelic, Kibana, Catchpoint, Grafana (for dashboard creation), Quantum Metrics, or other digital analytics platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work independently, and drive issues to resolution. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience in Python, Java, Relational or Non-Relational database tools Experience using Data Visualization Tools - Qliksense/ Looker / Tableau Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ G-Sheets with knowledge of Scripting/ Automation.
