SRE - Architect

• Solution & Design: Architecting scalable, resilient systems. Defining blueprints for reliability, security, and cost-efficiency on cloud platforms.
• Observability: Building and implementing robust monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions.
• Automation & Toil Reduction: Designing solutions to automate operational tasks and improve system design, reducing manual effort.
• Incident Management: Leading incident response strategies and post-mortems to prevent recurrence.
• Testing: Implementing chaos engineering and testing to build fault-tolerant systems
• Frameworks & Standards: Defining SRE best practices, SLO/SLI frameworks, and operational readiness standards for the entire engineering org.
• Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, Go, shell/bash etc) for automation.
• IAC: Terraform
• CICD : Git Action, Git workflow and ArgoCD
• Observability: Datadog, Prometheus and Fluent bit
• POD Orchestration: EKS and EKS Faregate
• Deep expertise on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and containerization (Docker/ Kubernetes)
• Understanding of security, capacity planning, and disaster recovery

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
• Experience with Kubernetes - service mesh technologies.
• Familiarity with chaos engineering and resilience testing.

Cross-Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Drive alignment across multiple customer teams and partner organizations, ensuring a unified technical direction.
• Facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and negotiate architecture decisions among diverse stakeholders.
• Communicate architectural strategies and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
