SRE Application Support
to join our ever-evolving Fraud & Disputes team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as -
SRE Application Support
- Provide 24X7 support.
- Perform Production Application Support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management and development support.
- Work in morning, evening and night shifts and on weekends on rotational basis.
- Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
- Installs, maintains, and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in SRE Application Production Support
- Production Application Support on Windows & Linux Environment, AWS Cloud Administration, ITIL
- Process Awareness [Incident, Problem, Change], SSL Certificate,
- Mandatory experience in Windows, Linux, AWS - Cloud technologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hands-on Exp on Linux Based Application Environments & Monitoring Tools.
- Basic \ Intermediate level of Understanding of – AWS Cloud, Kubernetes Deployments, DevOps Tools
Nice To Have
- Good DevOps & Observability Tools Experience
- Payments and/or Banking domain experience
- Automation experience
- Experience of Financial Services industry.
- Experience of working in matrix management of resources.
