Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Formation

    : Develop and execute the overall strategy for WordPress projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  2. Client Interaction

    : Engage with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, translating these into actionable WordPress strategies.

  3. Troubleshooting

    : Resolve complex technical issues, from debugging themes to fixing plugin conflicts, and ensure websites run smoothly after launch.

  4. Custom Development

    : Build and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations to suit client requirements, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

  5. Website Architecture

    : Design and implement WordPress site architectures for optimal performance, security, and scalability.

  6. Consulting

    : Provide technical consulting to clients, suggesting improvements to their websites, optimizing content management processes, and recommending best practices.

  7. Data Analysis

    : Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics and others to gather data on website performance and user behavior.

  8. Implement New Technologies

    : Experiment with new tools, plugins, and technologies to improve workflow efficiency, website functionality, and client satisfaction.


Requirements :

  1. In-depth knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types, page builders
  2. Experience with LearnDash LMS
  3. Strong experience with PHP/MySql, as it's the backbone of WordPress development.
  4. Ci/CD, GIT for version control.
  5. Ability to integrate third-party APIs, custom APIs, or use the WordPress REST API for creating custom solutions.
  6. Ability to diagnose issues and find solutions quickly, whether it’s a performance issue, security vulnerability, or user experience problem.
  7. Clear communication and understanding of client expectations.
  8. Time management
  9. Experience in Wpengine .
