Oversee vulnerability management and remediation.
Deploy and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions (Cisco Duo).
Ensure device encryption, OS lifecycle management, and security patching.
Conduct zero-day vulnerability remediations (24x7 response if required).
Backup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery
Implement and manage Azure & on-prem backup and recovery solutions.
Conduct quarterly BCDR (Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery) exercises.
Manage server and cloud service backup & recovery strategies.
Patch & Software Management
Oversee patch management, reporting, and vulnerability remediation.
Ensure scheduled patching occurs outside business hours.
Deploy and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager & Intune.
Manage 3rd-party software patching (Intune – PatchMyPC).
Automate software deployments and updates.
Active Directory, O365 & Virtualization
Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, O365 (including Point).
Deploy and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Support Azure Virtual Desktop.
Maintain RDS Farm & RemoteApp management.
Virtualization & License Management
Provide VMWare and Hyper-V hypervisor support.
Manage license procurement, tracking, and compliance.
Monitoring & Coordination
Manage log monitoring & analysis for proactive issue resolution.
Handle CMDB (Configuration Management Database) maintenance.
Support hardware procurement & deployment.
Coordinate with other cloud providers (SFDC, MuleSoft, QAD, OVH).
Deploy and manage print servers.
