Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across various domains
  • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with US-based hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure compliance with US staffing protocols and documentation standards
  • Work in EST time zones as needed


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Willingness to work night shifts or overlapping US hours
