Roles & Responsibilities (BDM- US IT Staffing) Ryantech is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 7-8 yrs of solid experience placing IT Consultants on projects in the US. Excellent conversational skills in English and written skills - this is a must. Must be able to converse fluently with American vendors/clients. Candidate must already have established relationships with decision makers at Tier 1 vendors and direct clients that they can bring to the table. Candidate will need to provide a list of vendors/clients they know at the interview. Strong experience in achieving monthly targets to close positions and place candidates on US projects. Need a go-getter who does not take 3-6 months but someone who can meet monthly targets. Solid experience filtering out profiles that do not qualify for the positions, especially fake profiles. Job description: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with a min of 5 to 6 years of demonstrable & verifiable experience in the US IT Recruiting industry with excellent command over both written & spoken English, a tenacious go-getter who's able to screen and source quality IT resumes, someone who's comfortable conversing with candidates, vendor partners and clients in the US to place IT Consultants on projects in the US on a C2C, 1099, C2H and W2 basis.
