Job Title: UI/UX Designer & Developer (5+ Years Experience) Location: [Noida-Sector-63] Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior (5+ Years) Department: Design / Development Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer & Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in designing and developing seamless, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive user interfaces and high-quality front-end development work. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging, effective, and accessible web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. Translate UI/UX design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript code. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA. Optimize application performance and ensure consistency across browsers and devices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA/ M. Sc IT). 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop ). Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design. Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular ) is a plus. Strong understanding of UX principles , accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with version control tools like Git. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with animation/motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects). Knowledge of backend technologies or CMS integration (e.g., WordPress, headless CMS ). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of user analytics and A/B testing tools.
