What You Will Do

• Participate in a human-centered design process to create the experience of Gracenote’s suite of editorial tools, from concept to execution
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity final designs in an innovative, fast-paced environment
• Iterate and refine design concepts based on engagement analytics, customer research findings and evolving industry trends
• Collaborate with a cross functional team of engineers and product managers to align your design solutions with both technical constraints and business goals
• Structure and facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to bring together both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with stakeholders to negotiate, prioritize and make trade-offs while working effectively across a broad range of teams, content verticals, technologies and processes
• Identify and track metrics to measure the success of design solutions
  

The ideal candidate for this role

• Is passionate about their craft and excited for the opportunity to design leading edge B2B web applications
• Has domain knowledge across the media, audio, or consumer electronic ecosystems, with a strong understanding of the business dynamics shaping them
• Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies including machine learning and AI
• Has proven experience designing enterprise web applications and efficient workflows in complex environments
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, experience with web-based Enterprise applications or internal tools a plus
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and the Google Suite of tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
