Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior TS Implementation Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert involved in highly complex environments for installation, integration, deployment, configuration, and fault management. Your role will require compiling technical specifications, creating alternative solutions, and developing business knowledge. You will work towards expert level certification while expanding your skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing audio-visual systems tailored to client needs - Performing installation and setup of AV equipment such as projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools - Conducting troubleshooting and maintenance of AV systems - Configuring and calibrating AV equipment to ensure optimal performance - Providing technical support, training, and collaboration with network engineers - Managing and documenting inventory of equipment and accessories - Staying updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Electronics, or a related field - Certifications such as CTS or CTS-D, Audiovisual Network Professional Certification - Experience with AV control systems like Crestron, Extron, or AMX - Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software - Strong understanding of acoustics and sound system design - Project management skills and experience leading AV projects - Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks - Willingness to stay current with evolving AV technologies - In-depth knowledge of AV systems and components - Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of AV equipment - Comfortable working with cabling, wiring, and electrical systems - Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users - Flexibility to travel to different sites for installations and support - Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to AV installations - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Additional Company Details: NTT DATA is a workplace that values diversity and inclusion, providing an environment where you can continue to grow, belong, and thrive.
